Returns policy
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the product. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via retour@rookhoutdeals.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a quick solution and cover all return costs.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the same account used for the original payment.
